Artifact Lifecycle Manager (ALM) is a software tool or system designed to manage the lifecycle of artifacts within a software development environment. Artifacts in this context refer to any digital assets produced during the software development process, including source code, documentation, AI models etc.

The lifecycle of these artifacts includes stages such as creation, versioning, storage, distribution, deployment, and retirement.
